DOWN: European Headlining Dates Announced

DOWN the acclaimed New Orleans band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist),bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA),guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR),and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA) has added the following "Evening With Down" dates to its European summer schedule:

July 10 - Hamburg, Germany - Markthalle
July 12 - Koln, Germany - Live Music Hall
July 13 - Malmo, Sweden - KB
July 14 - Gothenburg, Sweden - Tradgarn

DOWN will support METALLICA on the following dates:

Jul. 16 - Bergen, Norway - Koengen
Jul. 18 - St. Petersburg, Russia - SKK Hall
Jul. 20 - Riga, Latvia - Skonto Stadium
Jul. 22 - Bologna, Italy - Parco Nord
Jul. 25 - Sofia, Bulgaria - Vasil Levski Stadium

DOWN's video for the song "On March The Saints" can be viewed on YouTube. The track comes off the group's latest album, "Over the Under", which was released on September 25, 2007 through ILG/Warner Music Group (one day earlier internationally via Roadrunner Records). The LP was issued in Europe as a limited-edition digipack CD featuring the bonus track "Invest in Fear".
